The terms and conditions of your rental agreement are as follows:
The customer is responsible for any and all damages to Rented Equipment
(portable
toilet, handwash station, etc.) during the rental period.
In the case of theft the customer is responsible for
the cost of replacing the unit and/or its parts.
The customer must
ensure access to toilets for weekly servicing.
Therefore, the truck must be able to park within 10-feet of
the toilet
and the driver must have clear & safe approach to the toilet.
In the winter the customer is responsible for removal of snow to ensure safe
access to the toilet.
Toilets are cleaned once a week; however,
from time to time the day of servicing
may be pushed back due to Statutory Holidays, equipment failure or inclement
weather.
We also reserve the right to charge the "renter"
any further costs incurred to Star Toilet Rentals
through the use of alternative debt collection services.
Example: Collections Agency, Legal fees, etc.
We work with a 28-day billing cycle.
We do not prorate our invoices.
Day 1 - Day 14 you will be charged the weekend rate.
After Day 14 you
will be charged for the full month.
2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
Through the continued use of our services you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of
Star Toilet Rentals.
